The Berwick Pod House is the first registered rooming house with an 8-star energy rating in Victoria. Additionally, it is the first modular rooming house built with passive house standards using Cross Laminated Timber (CLT).
We have a mix of purpose-built rooming houses and renovated existing rooming houses available for rent.
