We hold Rooming House Operator's Licence issued by Business Licensing Authority. As a registered Rooming House Operator (RHO) we ensure your investment properties meet the requirements of Residential Tenancies Act, Rooming House Act, Public Health and Wellbeing Act and other relevant legislation.
